- It consists of the Buddha Sheltered by Naga's Hood in meditation posture on the three-layered Naga coil in the middle position. The garland of rays or Brah Khet Mala is lotus petals. The Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva with 4 hands on the right and the Prajnaparamita with 2 hands on the left.

- Found from an excavation of Meru Brahmathat, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, the 6th Regional Office of the Fine Arts delivered this sculpture to the Phimai National Museum on 25th January 1992.
