- FEATURE :
- Mahayana Trinity sculpture consisting of the middle as Buddha Sheltered by Naga's Hood. On the left is Prachaya Pharamita Devi. On the right is Avalokitasavara Bodhisattava.
- CONDITION :
- be damaged, the Avalokitasavara Bodhisattava and Prachaya Pharamita Devi are broken and lost, left only their feet. The Buddha head was broken, but still maintain.

- From an excavation of Prasat Phimai, Phimai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 1988. The 6th Reginonal Office of Fine Arts transferred the sculpture to the Phimai National Museum on 2nd June 1989.
