- The Great Yogi was round face, eyes glassy low, a long beard, Knot hair bun. Over his head is a meditating Buddha that the head fracture was missing. Both sides was striped knit to order. The fracture loss on the sculpture reflects the ideology belief that the power of Buddha was greater than power of the Hindu gods. The Great Yogi refer to Shiva as the story in “Tribhoomi Lokawinischayagatha” scripture that the Buddha was hided in Shiva hair bun so Shiva could not find thus surrendering.hat In scripturet told that Great Yogi was Shiva in name “Mahisorn Deva” who stayed at Grailas Mount. Wth his wife as “Uma Devi”
