Mr. Chusak Sirirak residing at 501, Klong Jandee Market Sub-district, Chawang Disrict, Nakhon Si Thammarat found it during an excavation in a limestone cave in Gob Gaeb Village, Nasan District, Surat Thani Province and granted it to Nakhon Si Thammarat National Museum started from Fine Arts Unit 8 on 2 November 1988.
