- The Buddha image façade is coated grey. It is a circular chedi, with a sharp crest. The front is dug out as the façade in order to place the Buddha image inside. There is a crack on the upper part of the façade, from the crest to the façade. The rim of the façade is broken.

- Khun Milintrakoonsuksa received from Lampang and presented to Chiang Rai. Later, Mr. Aram Iam-aroon, a former provincial governor, on behalf of Chiang Rai, presented it to the museum on 22 June B.E. 2530.
