- Tall round jar with wide, short edge and small shoulder colored and glazed. The edge is decorated with serrated patterns, and the shoulder is decorated with vertical lines with Kankhot patterns below. The middle part is painted with large windowpane patterns with landscape patterns. Each windowpane is divided by flora patterns. This jar was made from the Arita kiln in Japan. The age of this jar is around the 22nd Buddhist century. Japanese porcelain is not very common like the Chinese one, but it will be found only in the areas where the Japanese settled down, especially in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. Japanese porcelain found in Thailand is aged around the 22nd and 24th – 25th Buddhist century. Most of it was colored with indigo before glazing, and some was glazed before coloring. The shape resembles a plate, bowl, jar, vase, etc.
