- The bottom of the earthen bunch is molded to be lotus petals, and in the middle of the top, it is a sitting goddess. Both of her hands hold stalks of budding lotuses, around her chest. By her side are presumed to be elephants lifting their trunks to hold water pots, pouring on to “Kot Lakshmi” or so called “Abhisek Sri” which means water-pouring ceremony of Lakshmi, Sakti (wife) of Vishnu, showing fortune and richness, including the birthplace of all lives, a belief of Hinduism.
